Pegah Novin is a contemporary jewelry artist, sculptor and educator with approximately 18 years of experience in jewelry making. Her academic background in Western Philosophy has strongly influenced her artistic approach, creating a connection between concept, material and craftsmanship.
Her work explores themes including freedom, silence, memory, resilience, identity and the human experience. Alongside her artistic practice, Pegah has dedicated many years to jewelry education, helping students understand both the technical foundations of jewelry making and the importance of developing an individual artistic language.
At Aldhahab Alahmar Jewelry & Art Academy, she leads the creative and educational direction of the academy and teaches jewelry making through a combination of technical discipline, experimentation and conceptual thinking.

Metin Khoshechin is a professional jewelry maker, precision casting specialist and Co-Founder of Aldhahab Alahmar Jewelry & Art Academy. With extensive hands-on experience in jewelry manufacturing and precision casting, he specializes in the technical and production side of jewelry making - from individual pieces to professional manufacturing workflows.
Metin works with companies and entrepreneurs seeking to establish professional jewelry manufacturing operations, helping them develop and set up jewelry production lines from the ground up. His expertise includes production planning, machinery and equipment guidance, precision casting systems, technical workflow development and the organization of efficient jewelry-manufacturing processes.At Aldhahab Alahmar, Metin brings real-world manufacturing experience into the educational environment, giving students valuable insight into craftsmanship, casting and professional jewelry production.
